EXECUTIVE PROTECTION DEFENSIVE TACTICS AND PHYSICAL RESPONSE (DTC-201) OCT 12th - 13th 2023, Sunnyvale CA. 8AM - 5PM PST
Effective defensive tactics and appropriate use of force are two of the most critical skills every protector must develop—and continually perfect—throughout their career. This program equips participants with vital information and dynamic hands-on coaching from WSCJTC Master Instructor and Martial Arts Hall of Fame member Gary Drake.
Purpose
The Defensive Tactics and Use of Force Program was developed by master instructors with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, drawing upon exhaustive studies of real-world use-of-force incidents and tactical testing with numerous federal and state law enforcement agencies. Instruction and practical exercises presented in this training focus on appropriate, proportionate, and effective use of force. This program equips executive protection professionals with critical skills and information to ensure the safety and security of principals, bystanders, and agents themselves during high-stress active-threat scenarios.
