THE SECURITY RESPONSE TEAM ACADEMY (SRT-301)
ACADEMY OVERVIEW
The intensive 10-day SRT Agent Academy (SRT-301) has been customized to present mission-critical hard and soft/ human skills for Security Response Team (SRT) agents embedded with client organizations. During this academy, participants will complete specially modified courses from our core-skills training program, including SRT Handgun (HGN-202), Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TEC-201), Defensive Tactics & Physical Response (DTC-201), and Active Threat Response for SRT Agents (ATR-201-Modified), as well as expanded training on reasonable and necessary use of force, restraints, less-lethal weapons (taser, OC, impact), report writing, tactical communications, vehicle operations, de-escalation and crisis intervention, SRT policies and procedures, case studies, and legal considerations.
PURPOSE
The Security Response Team Academy focuses on skills and concepts which translate directly to security and first responder operations. Students will develop competence and confidence in their skills through a blended, building-block approach. Ultimately, this program is designed to equip successful students for the central mission of every true security professional.

ACTIVE THREAT RESPONSE FOR THE SECURITY RESPONSE AGENT (ATR-201)

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

- Legal and ethical considerations
- NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (Certified by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians)
- Active shooter threat response
- De-escalation
- Proper utilization of non-lethal tools and techniques
- SRT handgun
- Vehicle counter ambush
- Electronic control device techniques
- OC spray and proper handcuffing techniques
- Defensive tactics and physical response
- Report writing
- Other related subject matter

Allied Universal Executive Protection and Intelligence Services employees approved to attend this training may do so free of charge. Employees are responsible for communicating with their management to ensure travel and lodging arrangements are made.
