RESIDENTIAL SECURITY TEAM (RST)

The Residential Security Team Academy delivers training for professionals tasked with estate protection and residential security operations. This program covers industry best practices, comprehensive Risk, Threat, and Vulnerability Assessments (RTVA), and the development of customized Residential Security Plans. Participants gain hands-on experience with SOPs, post orders, mail screen procedures, and technology integration, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems. This two-day instructional course is combined with a three-day hard skills program so RST agents can receive training specific to their daily operational environment.

PURPOSE

The Residential Security Team Academy (RST-201) was developed to deliver the critical skills required for an Executive Protection Agent to competently and confidently conduct full-spectrum executive protection operations as a sole executive protection agent and/or as an agent of a multi-agent executive protection detail in support of the mission of Allied Universal Enhanced Protection Services and its trusted partners.

The training program was designed and developed utilizing the best practices, tactics, techniques, and procedures of our internal subject matter experts (SMEs), federal, state, and municipal-level public safety organizations, and private-sector security organizations.
